Linda had some damage in both her skylights. Both of them had paint that was peeling from leaks and humidity. To escalate the problem, the original texture/painting contractor did not seal the drywall before painting it with flat latex and so it came right off in those areas. We also fixed a bad seem in her bedroom ceiling that was driving her crazy as well as all other texture that was damaged in different areas of the house. Then we primed the whole ceiling in oil primer sealer and finished off with flat latex paint. In some spots like her skylights, we had to put extra 1-2 coats of paint to build up the paint in those areas. She was very happy with the results.
